Make the location slider snap to least increments

I need to move video tiny amounts to sync up to audio. It seems to slide too much to the snap/timeline. Where do I change the increments? Is it a zoom thing or is there another way?

Are you talking about sub-frame increments? If so, you should be moving the audio instead. Never move the video in less than frame increments.

If the increments are frames or multiples of frames then zoom in farther.
