Making a Pal DVD from NTSC movie, please help with settings

I've done some research here and know you can just render to PAL mpeg2 for that conversion, but I was wondering what to do about the audio and how to keep it in sync. Would just rendering with the "DVD PAL" setting in DVDA do everything I need?
Is there a way to use "DVD Architect Pal video stream" setting and some kind of fix for the audio?
I've done searches and haven't found the answer, so any help is greatly appreciated.

It is as simple as just rendering as DVD PAL!
Render the audio you would for NTSC, will not matter.

I've actually done one audio render and two mpeg renders, one PAL, one NTSC and used the same audio file in both the PAL and NTSC DVD, no problems.

If only everything was sooo simple.
