Making a SVCD disk with DVD like menu system

Just confimed that Ulead's DVD Movie Factory does indeed allow building SVCD (VCD's too)with the same type of menu system it does for DVD's. Using the MC MPEG-2 codec and selecting a variable bitrate with quality slider fully to right results were good considering the limitations of lower bitrates. Since you can have up to 99 scenes, this expands options for those not wishing to upgrade to a DVD burner just yet. Played fine on my Pioneer 333.

Perhaps more interesting is since both Vegas Video and Movie Factory are flexable enough to drop the bitrate way down for DVD production, you can if you wanted render DVD's who's source files were MPEG and thus of fairly low quality to begin with and really load up a single DVD if that's what you want to do.
