making stills from captured video

I want to do some web promotion of a video project. Is there some way to create digital stills (say JGP or BMP) from captured video I used?

The little floppy disk icon above the video preview window will save images from the current cursor position on the timeline. Right-click on the video preview window and select Display at project size to get a full DV size image.
