Don't understand why you couldn't. I printed up my manual to Vegas 4. It was a downloaded PDF file. The print option was in the open PDF file (at top, in the "File" dropdown). And the printer allowed a number of options on how to do it. Have about 500 pages of paper and a few Black ink cartridges ready
I have no problems printing any of the manuals (Vegas, DVDA, Boris, etc...). Make sure your printer driver is working properly and you have a recent version of Acrobat (I use anywhere from 4.0 to 7.0 on different machines).
Try using FedEx-Kinkos online print service. I've used it several time and it worked great. Save paper-ink-wear and tear plus they will bind the documents for you. Color is pricey though.
http://www.fedex.com/ and look for online print, you'll download a file and set them up as a printer on your computer.
Everybody's missing the OP's point. When you open the Vegas 6.0c manual, the print option IS NOT there. It is in the original 6.0 manual but no longer :-(
BTW, I'm using Acrobat Reader 7 to do this.
If this a mistake on Sony's part, please correct it ASAP.
Thank you Mike for confirming my issue. I also am using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard. Even in professional, the PRINT icon is inaccessable and if you go to menu options it confirms the manual is locked in PDF format and you can print.
PLESE HELP!
Why would Sony do this??
I am nearly in rage!
