Markers don't move when inserting time

Can someone let me in on the secret to getting markers to consistently move when inserting time? It seems that sometimes they move and other times they don't - and I haven't figured out why. At the moment I have auto-ripple on and set to "All Tracks, Markers, and Regions." I have the cursor at the very beginning of the timeline. I have selected every event and track. When I go to insert time, everything moves except the markers!?!

FYI: I'm running 8.0b on a 2.4g Pentium4, 1g Ram.

It's not exactly an answer but you could just hit CTRL+A and then click and drag that selection off to the right and it will move all the markers etc..., don't have time right now to look into the insert time though, sry.

Don't select Events and it should work.
