I just uppgraded from sony movie studio paltinum to 9 pro
i am trying to make a mask and when i click on events crop i do not see the mask box.
i am confused- please help me! i need to erase the the backround of my video

Do you mean "Vegas 8 Pro" or "Vegas Movie Studio Platinum Pro Pack"? VMSPPP is *not* Vegas Pro, and it's rather aggravating that they put "Pro" in the name. Only the full Pro version of Vegas contains the bezier mask function; Platinum Pro Pack is still Vegas Movie Studio and doesn't have it.

Indeed. There should just have a consumer and a pro version, nothing else. Simple does it.

You guys are right!
Now I realize that only vegas 8 pro has the mask icon.
The "movie studio platinum" pro 9 "does not have the mask feature
i guess i got confused.
