Mask Generator Filter

Does Video Factory 2.0 have a Mask Generator Filter? the Mask Filter and the Mask Roll tool were mentioned in the Help file in 1.0, as an available Video Plug-in. I could never find it (did I miss it?) Is this included in V2.0?

VideoFactory does not have the mask generator- it does have a cookie cutter filter which allows limited compositing.
