Mask Transition Help

I'd like to transition between two events by using track motion to pass this graphic from the top of the screen down, and off the bottom of the screen.

The first event would show through the pink. The second event would show through the green -- at least that was my intention. But I can't quite figure it out.

Am I going about it the right way? Do I need to use nesting?

First of all resize your sword picture to about 1081 pixels high so you can mask better.

Then put the picture on the top track and video on the track below.

Chromakey one of the colors and use track motion to move the swords from top of the frame to bottom and keyframe it.

Then render to avi.

Then start again with the new avi on the top track and your second video on the track below.

Chromakey the second color.

Now you will see the swords moving from top to bottom with a different video on top and bottom.
