Hi I'm relatively new to using vegas and want to set up a simple mask.
I have a photo which is a JPG and a seperate JPG with a fancy border and a blue center which came off the camcorder, I've put them both on seperate video tracks. All I want to do is sit my photo in place of the blue center with the border overlayed on top. I've tried the help files and messed with compositing modes and parent/child settings to no effect. I think it has something to do with the alpha channel being set to the colour of the blue background, but I cant seem to find where to set this.

Any help would be appreciated
