Masking with a moving circle

Hi all,

This is my first day with the program after many years with Final Cut Pro. My uses are very simple as I work with Police videos for the defence side of things.

What I need to do is on a video to place a circle around someone and the move the circle when they move. I know how to do this in Final Cut but having problems in Movie Studio Platinum. Key framing is not the problem but the creation of the circle is driving me up the wall as cannot work out how to do this in this program. Could anyone assist?

Probably unnecessary to mention that all parameters in the cookie cutter, like size of circle, width of circle border, it's color and it's position can be keyframed. I wouldn't use trackmotion for that purpose, but that's up to you.

Thank you all for the help. Think I now have it working at last. Without your help I would probably still be trying to work it out...
