Unfortunately, scripts don't have access to video information such as color. Take a look at the Video FX tab and try either the Color Corrector (Secondary) or Chroma Keyer. These will allow you to change a color to transparent or to a different color.

Can you explain me, please.
for example ,I have a wiev: background is the see, sky, rock (blue, white and a few yellow) and in front some bleu star with white outline .

I prefer to use the Color Corrector (Secondary) since it gives more control. Add the Color Corrector (Secondary) Video FX to the event that you want to mask. Click the eyedropper next to the label: "Select effect range", then draw a rectangle in the preview window that is small enough to only have the color that you want to remove. Then move the Alpha slide to the left so that the alpha value is zero. You should see all or most of your star disappear.

Depending upon how pure your media color is, you will need to play around with the limit values (bottom half of the color corrector window) to get a clean mask. For more help about the Color Corrector (Secondary) click on the question mark (?) in the upper right part of the window.

First thing I would check: Make sure Device Control is turned OFF.
