Master Bus no longer adjusting the volume.

It used to be I could set the master at whatever level I wanted and the rendered video would reflect the master volume level. But now when I render a video the master has zero effect on the audio. I am using the Master Bus is that not how to control the overall audio of every track?

Also after I render a video I can no longer use the master bus at all. Ill turn it all the way down to (-Inf) and it wont effect the audio at all.

Can someone help please?

That's exactly what Master Bus does, SS. So I'm not sure why it's not working for you.

Try starting up and the program and holding down the Ctrl+Alt+Shift keys on the LEFT SIDE of your keyboard as it starts up. (You should get an indication that this is changing something on your computer.) This clears out corruptions in your settings and should give you a good, clean startup.

Hi SinSpreader88,

A few assumptions, please correct me if I'm wrong. When you used the Master Bus in the past and it worked you were on Movie Studio 12 or older. Now it doesn't work and you are using Movie Studio 13. Or, in the past the Master Bus was not docked and now it is.

If you are using Movie Studio 13 and you have the Master Bus docked, as an experiment, restart the program, hold down the Ctrl key and move the Master Bus anywhere out of the docking area so it floats. Load your project and try to use it as you have in the past. It should work this way.

Best Regards.....George
