matching audio/video

I ungrouped the video and audio of a clip and now I cannot match them back up so my voice matches the video. any easy way of matching them? or do I need to go back and edit my original clip?

also, an easy way to remove a transition between two images? If I right click only I see choices to change transitions. Has to be a way to remove it. Too late to go back to undo.

and I thought I had asked my last question for this project. :)

To Re-Sync, just right-click on the video clip, and the second from the bottom is Synchronize>By Moving. or Slipping.

To remove a transition, just right-click on the transition on the clip, and the second one down on the menu is Transition>Change To Crossfade.

After all these years, I'm "still asking questions", so don't feel bad.
