My World had - HAS - been made more passionate, more emotional and intellectually more centred, on what IS appropriate to Film as a result of this genius's work. By your film-scores you to taught me much - least of which was to dream about what could be. . . . .

Maurice, now go and score some music for the Angels - they are in for a real surprise!

I agree with you Graham, the man's music was remarkable, to say the least. Doctor Zhivago is one of my top five favorite films. I attribute a great deal of that to the music.

International cinema has lost a great contributor!

"The Man Who Would Be King" - I loved the story, the movie and the score. Huston made a fine choice in Jarre. "The Three Musketeers" - silly, fun, and absolutely engaging music. Mr. Jarre you are missed.
