Max Head effect

Is it possible to get the Max Headroom type of effect using Vegas 5. I have noticed during the play back of video in Vegas if you click the play button it
will give you a kind of stutter effect in real time. My question is how can I get
this type of effect and record it. Thanks in advance for any help!

Ultimate S has a Stutter tool that does exactly this, but its not free. You could always download the 15-day fully functional trial and see if you like it. As much as I’d love for you to buy it. You could just use split, cut and Paste Repeat (end-to-end) for this particular effect for free. Sometimes I forget about paste repeat. It’s great for this kind of stuff.

FYI - Random Info.

I recall that the Commodore Amiga was instrumental in the Max Headroom effects. Not sure if it was just used for the background or if it was used for the entire effect.
