Maxtor Class Action

I got an email that there is a class action lawsuit regarding Maxtor One Touch, Maxtor One Touch II, Maxtor One Touch III, Maxtor Personal Storage 3100, and Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 external hard drives failed prematurely and lost data. 2 of my 3 maxtors have failed. I was told my name was on file from records that I had contacted Maxtor about the problem.

I'm outside US so this is not relevant for me, but just to let you know, two MAXTOR One Touch III drives have died prematurely (after less than a year of OCCASIONAL usage). Must be something seriously wrong with these :(
