MC mpeg 2 - DVD NTSC

I use same setting as always(MC mpeg 2 - DVD NTSC) but this time, faster moving things are spliting, even motion transitions looks different.
Everythink looks good in VV preview. I tried diffrent setting, no results.
Any Sugestions?

think the slolution 4 this is 2 use a dvd software player

i use mainconcept mpeg2 and it comes out great

Is your source footage different ?
(say analog this time where as it was DV previously)

If that is the case it could be you need different field order set
(DV will be lower field first, analog will depend on the capture device)

Wrong field order what result in jittery picture , particularly during motion, when viewed on TV screen (but wouldn't show up as a problem on your computer monitor).
