Me again needing help!

OK, getting ready to produce another segment for my video and I open up Sony Movie Studio + DVD.

Just like the other 5 segments I have produced, I went to install the music and now Sony won't/can't open it? They are MPEG Layer 3 Audios.

I went back and tried to open the other segments already produced, but it won't open them because of the music "problem" (thank goodness I already saved them as an .avi otherwise I would really be sad!).

Why could I use it this morning and can't this afternoon? I tried rebooting, going to preferences and usuing default all....nothing will work?

Thanks again for your patience and kindness!!!!!!!!!

If these are mp3 audio files, hm, I don't know if the mp3 codec is included with that version.
Try a quick test, render a piece of audio to mp3 and see if you can bring that back into Vegas and play it OK.
Just as a general note, rendering to mp3 and then using that in a project is not the to maintain quality, mp3 is a lossy codec so always keep your audio in .wav files.

Have you registered the product? I believe you have to have a registered version to import mp3's.
