Media bin problem

I have been reading randybrown's post on his media bin problem but I have come across another bug in the media bin window.

Here is the problem and I can duplicate it on my system: After dragging an event onto the timeline from a sub-bin I can delete that event using the right-click menu + cut or delete. But if I use Ctrl+Z to delete the event the program dumps me back to the ALL MEDIA bin. If I am not watching and I continue to drag new media into the bin I will be putting that media into the wrong bin. Is this a bug?

The bins ARE broken and have caused me a lot of grief.

If i double click on the name of a clip in a bin to put it in the trimmer, it doesn't go into the trimmer, the system thinks i want to rename the clip.

If i drag the clip from the bin to the trimmer, as i pass over the list of bin names, the highlighting of the currently active bin changes to some other bin, so that the highlighted bin and the bin that is actually open move out of sync. ie., i drag a classical music piece from the classical bin to the trimmer and i pass over the rock music folder (closed), the color highlighting on the bin names changes to indicate that the rock music folder is open, when it actually isn't. Similarly if i drag a clip from the explorer directly into a bin, it doesn't end up in the open bin i dropped it in, it ends up in whatever bin is highlighted (which is not the actually open bin)

My workaround is to double click on the counter for the number of times a clip is used (in the bin) to get it into the trimmer and similarly drag a clip from the explorer window and drop it on the bin name, not in the bin (as you would in Linux)
