When I make adjustments, the Video Media Generators window flashes. This does not happen with Build 403.

@MyChain - I can't repro. As much as I can I've duplicated your setup:
1 - You're viewing through Trimmer.
2 - You're starting with Solid Black. In my Trimmer, my Black is showing it is "VEGAS Solid Color 31". However, your is revealing as "VEGAS Solid Color 93". I don't know if that should make a difference at all, other than the reference to 93 I can't find. Is this one of your own Solid Colours?
My suggestion would be to start over using the Vegas Solid Black and see if you can repro these "flashes".
@MyChain - Hah! What I will say is that using the "Grab" target as a Real-Time adjustment is "sticky" which indicates to me that my PC is having real-time adjustment buffering issues. My PC is getting over the maths but not indicating those flashes that you're getting.
