Media manager: Change drive letter of elements?

I am installing a new (additional) 1TB drive.

I have a LOT of stuff set up in Media Manager and all works fine.

I would like to be able to move most, if not all, of my Media Manager assets to my new drive. This would necessitate a drive letter change.

Is there a reasonably simple way to have Media Manager reference all of my currently set up assets on a new drive letter?

Or would I need to change the path on each Media Manager element one at a time.

The actual hierarchy would remain the same. Just a drive letter change.

I have several thousand items in Media Manager and all is working fine. If I need to change these one at a time to reference the new drive letter, I will just leave all as it currently is.

Thanks for any info on this...

look for Grazie's post halfway down. Move all your media to the HDD and then resolve all the offline media at once.

Or: Make sure you save tags and properties to files. Then copy the media files over to the hard drive, create new libary, and import all the media from the new drive. They will bring in all the tags, ratings, comments, etc with them.

Cheers kairosmatt.

I read Wolfie's post, and did a double-take on the need he might have for not WANTING to do a Resolve. It was the update on just the drive letter that made me a bit timorous.

I have come to treat MM with a bit more confidence and hold a more pragmatic view to creating NEW libraries and resolving and so on and so on. It CAN be daunting.
