Media Manager error messages

After installing the Media Manager I get an error whenever Vegas is launched that says:

"The media library Default could not be opened"

Does anyone else get this problem? I didn't use it with Vegas Pro 8, but after purchasing v9 I decided to give it a try. The new error message occurs in all versions. v8.0c, v8.1, v9.0 (32&64)

Any ideas?

It appears that you did not install the media library default file that (usually) comes with Media Manager. That's OK, it is neither necessary or useful in many cases. I don't use it or any default DB. Use the button in the upper right corner to open the DB you want or create a new one.
