Here I have a project.
A zillion bits in it.
I have a finished AVI on the timeline. A short piece. 12 seconds. A rendered piece from a sub-veg. Client wants a 3 second change. No worries!!
Eh? Where is the Veg for it? Oh yes in the usual place. Rummage, rummage rummage . . . er . . can't find it. It ain't within the render folder. Nope! Bollox!
Ahah!! Then I remember a small little featureette/function within Media Manager . .
I copy the name of the AVI > Plop it into Media Manager Search > MM the rendered AVI is found . .and now here's the thing! When i right click on the AVI in MM I get a whole long helpful list WITH "Find Related Item". I choose "rendered from" and up pops the VEG. It is in a folder I DID use for a separate experiment/trial. Gotcha!
Open up the refound VEG, make the adjusts and move on . .
