Yesterday, I beleive I accidently hit a key combination. Not I can not see the actual media in the timeline for both audio and video.

For instance, instead of seeing the wave forms in the timeline, I just see a white place holder. Same for the video.

I've looked through options/preferences and have not seen anything that has helped... any ideas?
