I'm getting a "media offline" message when I try to combine a left and right video for a 3D project. I'm using the same procedure as in Movie Studio 12, but it's not working. I'm using two 4K videos that individually display fine and have the same properties.

{just tried it with 2 other videos and it worked. Not sure why it did in 1 case and not in another}

Any suggestions?
