Media Problem

Been using 4X Taiyo Yudens without problems for some time.
Suddenly I have a problem.
Can't burn to them.
Burner is Pioneer DVR-107d.
Updgraded firmware but to no advantage.
Burning unsuccessfully from DVD-A and a thing called "Record Now".
And while I can't burn to the TYs, I can burn to an old 4X Memorex DVD-RW.
Seems strange doesn't it?
Any thoughts for the Ole Master Burners in the community?

Do you have any left over from a previous batch that you can try? I have been using prodisc tru silver diamond cd's for a project. The last batch of 500 that I ordered were bad. Only 1 out of 4 would burn successfully. I sent those back and received a new batch without any problems.
Just a thought.

I've wondered the same thing,
Send off a message to supplier.
Have yet to hear back.
Been running a coaster factory here the past few days.
May switch to Ridata.
Have been a loyal user of Taiyo Yuden.
Kinda disappointed.
