memory problem

i have a amd64 fx-51 watercooled with 3 gig ddr400. when i render my computer only uses 369mb of memory. is there a way to tell vegas to use all memory in my computer

I think I already answered this question in one of your recent posts.

Short answer is <no>.. longer answer is... that's not how rendering works (it is not RAM bound it is a processor bound task)
