Memory problem with ATI .dll

When rendering some DV footage, the render only lasts about 2 minutes before memory runs out. The error report says the problem is Systems 32\ atiglpxx.dll. Has anyone come across this and found a solution or workaround. My graphics card is a 4530 HD Radeon ATI.

Using ATI Radeon 5830HD here.

64 bit Vegas 10a on a 64bit i7 machine running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. No problems yet.

The odd thing with this is that a HDV went through ok!

Just to confirm I rendered out a HDV and it was fine.

Strange, I haven't had an ati.dll error in years. Maybe reinstall the drivers just to be sure? Or run a memory test to see if your ram's bad?
