Menu is blurry/shaky

hey all, i'm new to dvda and just burned a simple dvd that had some text on it and a background image. when i play the dvd in my dvd player, the entire menu looks shaky and blurry. it's not crisp and there's definitely some shaking to all the objects on the menu.

any ideas?

Did you change the default bitrate?

Have you tried to pay on a different DVD set top?

Does it play on your PC?

Hi no i didn't change the bit rate. I don't even know where that is or what it does. And it doesn't play on my pc. I get an error saying it's an unrecognized format. I'm not quite sure what's going on.
