menu not available

I am trying to author a dvd. I created and introduction medai page which has an image displayed for about 2 secs (set at to DVD start) and then the page goes to the menu. thre are four clips ai have added on the menug page. when i burn the dvd, the introduction media page is displaed and it keeps on playing(looped) without going to the menu page. I can only navigate directly to the clips by press next chapter. please can someone help? when i preview the cd in DVDA it all works fine

Assuming you have DVDA 2.0… if you set the destination in the End Action to be the introductory clip this would happen.. but it seems unlikely you would have done this? Also it wouldn’t explain why it works as you want in the preview. Maybe an issue with the media, or a issue with DVDA and your buner? Try using different software (e.g. Nero, or whatever burning software came with your burner) for the burning part?
