Menu skips item 3

Very simple project. Still background with 4 text-only media selections. In Preview, we start at menu item #1, then hit down button and highlight #2, then hit down button and the highlight skips #3 and jumps to #4. Up arrow moves back up to #3, then up again skips #2 and jumps to #1????

I'm not even sure what to search for in knowledge base or help. TIA, any help appreciated. Darryl

DVDA1 or DVDA2: Make sure your buttons are carefully lined up. By default, the navigation buttons look for the next button that is in line with the current one. A button that is below but to the left might get skipped if you navigate "down" but will get selected if you navigate "left".

DVDA2 only: You can designate, on a button by button basis, which item will be selected next. Select a button and see the Navigation section of the Properties window.
