I posted a post last week about issues with my Mercalli software. Just to restate. I have two machines both had Vegas 8 Pro, both were running Mercalli pluggin since July 25 2008.
My one machine had no issues, my other machine whenever I would click on the mercalli pluggin from the list, I would get the following error posted below. It didn't bother me at the time as the program would still work. However, now that I've gone to version 9, I've upgraded to the latest Mercalli and it instantly sends up the sony error reporting box and then closes the program when that is closed.
I believe the problem lies in this initial "error" that pops up.
proDAD support can't seem to get past the language barrier and has no answers for me, although I done everything they've asked.
I uninstalled Mercalli, Vegas 8 and 9. Reinstalled 8 and Mercalli and I'm still having problems. Can anyone help? Has anyone seen this error before or know what the conflict might be?
