I have received message from ProDAD support, that update to V2 (for 64 bit Vegas) is planned on this month. I dont's suppose this will be free update - rather upgrade because there are new, very promissing features.
The most important IMHO is, that V2 will be able to identify changes of scenes. I hope this will be usefull in stabilization of long paths (when scene consist of quite different stateges with quite different kinds of movement (for example : first zoom in, then pan or tilt, then movement parallel to surface of object). I like very much to use jib and dolly in order to programm long paths of camera with very smooth, slow movement. But have noticed, that ther are always some imperfetions of movement (if use manuall movement instead of servo or engine, can't achive constant speed or proper acceleration). It looks like Mercalli will copy with this problem.
