What have you found among these three programs (MIDI Yoke, HUBI or LoopBe1) to work best between Vegas and SONAR (on the same machine)?

I have been exporting an AVI copy from Vegas and using that in SONAR to score music with MIDI, then exporting the MIDI as audio and re-importing that into Vegas.

If I could sync Vegas to Sonar with MIDI successfully, bypassing the AVI render step, it would save me alot of messing around (I hope).

EDIT: also do you advise Vegas as master or Sonar as master?
