Minor Bug in Pan/Crop Horizontal Flip

In pan/crop of a clip, if you have the image flipped horizontally and you do a "Match Output Aspect", it removes the "flip"... i.e. the "F" that was backwards changes back to a forward "F". It's easiest enough to re-flip it if you notice it. But I've missed it a few time and it's a pain to have to go back in and 're-flip'. Is there a reason that matching output aspect should undo a horizontal flip, or it is a bug. My feeling is that it is a bug.
