Mirror but as if it is reflected on the water?

Hi all!
A chorus singing a song! I used mirror! They became as if they just beside a pool!
How can I add waves / circles on this "water".

There is a program called "Sqirlz Water Reflections" that does just that! AND it's FREE! I have used it quite a bit - works great!
