Mirrormask - Interesting Exercise in Cinema

Just finished watching a British film titled Mirrormask, from Sony Pictures, no less.

If you're looking for something unique, out of the ordinary, something that is pure fantasy, then this may be something you'll enjoy.

A couple of people have suggested this movie to me. I'll probably see it by weeks end, looking forward to it....

One of the actors compared it to theatre, which I think is a more accurate way to describe the "event" or "experience."

Sounds interesting.

There are a couple of mpeg clips on the site for download which seem to be intended to be played on a PSP, which I don't have. Is there any way of playing these on a PC? None of the players I have here (WMP, Quicktime, Real) will play them - they don't seem to think they are valid movie files.

Mark, go to the Sony Pictures site then click on "Enter The Site" and a Flash page will load. At the bottom is a menu bar. Click on "Previews" and you'll have the option to watch in RealMedia (YUK!) or Windows Media. Problem is the screens are very small.
