I've captured video for one project previously on a different camera (an old low-end Panasonic camcorder) and had absolutely no problems, but I recently tried to capture some from a Canon ZR100, and I have been having audio problems. When I preview the clips I've captured, the audio is there, but when I put them into my project in Video Factory, the audio is missing. Anyone have this problem before? Does the Canon record audio in a different format? It's pretty frustrating being able to see and hear my clips, but not edit them. Any help you guys could give me would be most appreciated.
