Missing file in VEGAS

Is this a bug, When you rename a file on vegas from the original then you save as, Why does it when you pull the file again, it says missing file? Then I can't find it anymore. So the way I pull it back again I have to click on the "ignore missing file and work offline"? anyone know about this?

I think it only does that if the file was once in the Media Pool for that project. The way to make it stop is to choose the option that lets you identify where the file is now; you navigate to the file's new name/location, click OK (or Open) and all is well.
