missing fonts

I recently built a new computer and installed (after uninstalling from old system) Vegas 5.0 & DVDA 2.0 on my new system.

I have noticed that there are some fonts (to use in the "text" media) that I like are missing from both programs (for example "Papyrus"). The way that I installed is: installed Vegas 4.0 and DVDa 1.0 and then installed V5 and DVDA2 on top of those.

I know that there were some small update files for V4 and DVDA1.0, I might have forgotten to install those, before upgrading to V5 and DVDA2. I did install the update files for V5 and DVDA2, but that didn't help.

If anyone knows how to get these fonts back (or where to find other fonts), that would be great

Vegas & DVDA do not come with any fonts. These came from somewhere else. To get these fonts back, just copy them from the other computer. They'll be in the "fonts" folder in Windows.

If you copy fonts from another computer, it's a good idea to install them to your new computer using the "Install New Font" utility on the Control Panel. It's quite possible to mess up all the fonts in Windows if you just add new fonts to the Windows Font File. I discovered this the hard way!
