Missing Mainconcept MPEG-2 after V5d installed

Anybody else have this happened? I suddenly realized that since installing V5d, I no longer have MainConcept MPEG codec.

I tried reinstalling-- no joy. Where'd everything go?

Also the ability to access the "Custom settings" that I have created in the AC3 encoder is gone. My custom AC3 sets like "My stereo" or "My EX" render correctly but when I click Custom on them a screen comes up asking for the name and description. If i put in the name it crashes Vegas 5d.
