Missing Pan/Crop and Video FX buttons?

Hey everyone-

I went to PAN/CROP an event and noticed the quick buttons on the event itself are missing. Anyone have any idea where this gets turned ON/OFF?

Found it. CTRL SHIFT C.

Must have accidentally tripped it during another hotkey.
