Virtually every DVD I deliver is exactly what you describe. DVDA3 lets you do this, in a limited way. For full functionality, use Nero to burn. You simply tell Nero to create a Video DVD, but then you add additional folders. Make sure to limit the names of the additional folders to names of eight characters or less (probably not necessary, but it may make some players happier). Then, drag your data files (PDFs, pictures, etc.) into those folders. Just make sure to NOT put anything into the VIDEO_TS or AUDIO_TS folders other than the files prepared by DVDA.
