Mobile Phone Video does not import. LG V30 Manual Mode Video Clips

I have an LG V30 phone. Whenever I shoot a video in Manual Mode. The file version doesn't seem to work. Although its wrapped in an MP4 container...its a container that doesn't work in Vegas Pro 14. I have used studio platinum version and pro back since version 8. None seem to be able to read it. However, any video I shoot in automatic mode it works just fine. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? I know that version 16 is out now, I was wondering if an update has been made that would fix that problem. I would be happy to provide a file for anyone willing to try it out for them selves. I hope someone can read this and help me out with it. Thanks in Advance.

Can you upload small sample of this LG V30 manual-mode media to Dropbox or Google Drive etc, post the link here so we can take a look of it?
