I have a dual monitor system and recentlythe picture on the 2nd monitor has been shuddering and becoming slightly distorted during a vegas render. It only happens for a split instant maybe about 2-3 times every minute, but it is getting annoying.

I am running an AMD 64 3200+ system with 1 Gig ram and an ATI radeon 9800 Pro graphics card.

Is it processor taxation, or is it maybe the card or monitor itself. Although i doubt it is the card because monitor #1 doesn't have any problems, just monitor 2. (they are two different brands of monitor by the way)
