monitor with FX

My TV monitor no longer plays when video FX is applied, but
will work when FX is not chosen in favor of clipboard. Is this
a clipboard problem? How do I empty clipboard? Thanks.

Can't remember where, but there's a Recompress Edited Frames option which may need checking.
