I'm still not able to monitor my input signal within Vegas.

1. The track is not muted.
2. When I right click on the track, I don't have the option to click monitoring on (as someone suggested).
3. When i go to properties (within the track), i do have "input monitor" selected.
4. Once the track is recorded, i can play it and hear it when playing from the timeline.
5. My computer input settings are all accurate.

What am i missing?
