I'm using a keyed gate plug-in (Waves C1) that takes a stereo input and outputs only the right channel of a stereo output. How can I "pan" the right channel output back to center after the plug-in?

Right now I have to manually combine my my two mono tracks to a separate stereo file, then add a track for that file, and do a pre-fader track FX to do the pan. I'd like to not have to create this redundant extra file if possible...
