More audio questions

Hi again,

So I finally have the surround working, sort of. I can send to left and right front channels in my home theater, but the rears still seem mixed, even though the pan looks right in Vegas, and in Architect. I tested my receiver, and I have LR going to LR and RR going to RR, so I'm not sure why they seem mixed. Yamaha 5760.

Also, I have made an LFE channel just for fun. My track is checked for LFE. It comes through the LFE channel. I render it. Don't see it in architect anywhere, and it doesn't come out of the sub downstairs. Any hints here?

You won't "see"the LFE in Architect, you won't see the 5 streams in architect either.
how are you monitoring? Have you played with the Custom settings at all? Changed how the LMP sees things? Using JUST the presets?

Yes, using the 5.1 surround preset for the render from vegas.

How about your Yamaha amplifier? They are notorious for having a million presets. Is it playing discreet 5.1 or some simulated setting?

I picked Dolby Surround Standard 5.1 to make sure nothing funky was up.
